Q: What exactly does Oxbridge Essays do?

Q: How does the process work?
It's simple. You contact our customer support team with your order details and they will then find an academic to write your work. Your writer will be given the exact specifications of your work (the title, referencing style, vital sources, structural requirements and so on) and they will complete it in the designated time period. We will then email you your custom research. Your personal details will remain confidential at all times.
Q: Can you find writers / researchers / tutors for all subjects?
Yes. We have academics to cover all major and minor subjects studies at UK universities and schools. By having a large team of researchers we are able to find the most suitable expert for 90% of orders within one hour, while complex or unusual requests may take up to 24 hours.
Q: What if I am unhappy with the work you have supplied?
If for whatever reason you are not 100% satisfied with the work we supply, you will be entitled to request free alterations within 10 days of receiving your custom work. This process is very easy, we simply ask you to fill in an online form detailing the aspects of your work you would like addressed. Our customer support team will then get back to you with 3 working hours.

Q: Can you guarantee my grade?
Yes. By using some of the country's finest academics we are able to provide our clients with their exact grade requirements. Q: Can you assure me that my work will not be plagiarised?

Absolutely. We take plagiarism very seriously and all written work undertaken by Oxbridge Essays writers is thoroughly scanned for plagiarism.
Q: Will my work and my details remain confidential?
Yes. We do not ask the name or location of the institution (university, college etc.) at which you are enrolled. Your name will only be known to our customer support department and (apart from in specific cases where relevant) your details will not be passed on to your writer. We do not store, re-sell or re-publish any written material, and we will not pass your work or your details on to any third party.
Q: Should I inform my university that I am using your service?
This is up to you. Oxbridge Essays does not condone cheating, and in contracting our services you are asked to agree that you will not hand in written work supplied by us as your own. As we do not share client details, do not store work on databases and do not ask for the names of institutions, your work will not be traceable back to Oxbridge Essays.
Q: What if you cannot find a writer or do not complete work within the designated time period?
By having such a large pool of experts in all subjects less than 1% of all orders made to us are unable to be completed.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our work and the punctuality of our service, we aim to deliver all work on time. Only in extreme mitigating circumstances will work be delivered late. In this case, all clients are entitled to a 10% refund per full 24 hours that their order is delayed, until their completed work is delivered in full.

4. Ordering and Payment
Q: How do I place an order?
Visit our Order page and fill in the details of your request. Once you have done so, your details will be forwarded to our customer support team who will find the most suitable writer or researcher for your work. Once this has been confirmed, you will be contacted for your payment details.
We invite you to come and visit us to make a payment at our central London offices.
Q: How do I pay?
Once we have confirmed to undertake your order, you must arrange payment before your writer commences your work. The payment options are as follows:
- Online: Visit the Make Payment page on our website. This is an extremely secure online service that accepts all major credit and debit cards.
- Bank Transfer: You can transfer money either electronically over the internet, phone or at the bank directly into our account. The relevant details of this will be disclosed when appropriate.
- Office: You may visit our office and may pay with your credit or debit card.
Q: What if I'm nervous about making online payments?
We understand this and accept it as a legitimate concern. We invite you to come and visit us to make a payment at our central London offices.
5. Plagiarism and Cheating
Q: Is this service legal?
Yes. Oxbridge Essays is a trading name of The Oxbridge Research Group Ltd., registered at Companies House (Companies House #06381412). Our services conform 100% to all relevant legislation in the UK, and our staff and clients can be assured that in contracting our services they are not in contravention of any UK laws.
Q: Having doubts? Is it cheating?
The simple answer is no.
6. Delivery
Q: How will my work be delivered?
Your completed work will be sent to you as a Word document in an email.
Q: How long will it take to deliver my essay?
The standard delivery time is 7 days (not including Sundays) beginning from the time we take your payment. Your essay will be sent to you before 12 noon, seven days after this time. The same process applies to all delivery times, excluding the 9am Next Day delivery service. Please note that all orders for Next Day services must be placed before 6pm the day before you wish to receive the work.
