What if I am unhappy with the work provided?

Our service includes opportunities for you to request changes and collaborate with your academic, so it is very rare for customers to be unhappy with the outcome. Besides using the best academics, we also have an internal team that checks all work before delivery to ensure all work is of the highest quality.

If, despite these checks, you are unhappy with the work provided you have a window of time (usually 10-14 days) to request any changes. If you are still not satisfied after those changes, we have a complaints process that will escalate your concerns to director level so you can be sure you are happy.

Bottom line: you are the customer and we work for you. We are dedicated to meeting your requirements and making you happy.
