Are all of your academics from Oxford or Cambridge?

When we started our company more than 10 years ago, all our academics were from Oxford or Cambridge universities. As our customer base grew, we began getting requests for help with subjects not taught at Oxford or Cambridge. We had to look further afield to find top-tier academics with expertise in these areas, so as a result, not every one of our specialist academics is an Oxford or Cambridge graduate.
